How to Make Rendering Easily
For most 3D content creators, rendering is a daunting but inescapable step. This is a process that has extremely high demands on computing resources. It will drain your patience, heat up your CPU/GPU, and keep consuming your project budget until the process is over. The bigger your project is, the more it costs.
As a render service provider, XRender has came up with many features to not only boost your rendering, but also smooth your render workflow and bringing a more pleasure rendering experience! Scroll down to learn more about our dedicated features .
In order to allow users to have a clearer view to the information they want to know in the rendering process, a filter option is available on the operation panel. Technicians may be more concerned about rendering time, models and memory peaks, while project managers should pay more attention to project progress and rendering costs.
This filter allows users can adjust according to needs, or based on the role they play in a team, providing a customized dashboard so that users can focus more on what you care about.
In the meanwhile, when multiple employees use one XRender master account for rendering through different sub-accounts at the same time, or when there are multiple projects in one XRender account performing cloud rendering at the same time, the simplified file structure is also very beneficial to project management.
The task structure feature enables managing tasks structure according to layers, cameras or output nodes (Houdini), showing a clearer interface for task details. It will auto-create a master task first, and then generate sub-tasks according to the settings that you have made in Parameter Setting panel. All sub-tasks will have its own ID prefixed with the task group ID to distinguish them from other tasks.
This feature refines the operability of tasks to frames, and users can individually perform operations such as pause, cancel, continue rendering, render at full speed, etc. for each sub-task. Here’s a description on task structure of master task and sub-task, for your reference.
For team manager, the progress of all tasks in this account can be viewed through the statistics button in the lower right corner of the dashboard. Both the rendering situation of frames and the rendering progress of the task are clearly visible.
